So I've signed up for a Deviant Art account, because you know I have way too much time on my hands. Really. I'm a stay-at-home mom, writer, podcaster and freelance grapic artist and there are just too many hours in the day where I sit and twiddle my thumbs. Did I also mention I'm working toward my second degree black belt in Okinawan kobudo? I'm so bored...

My good friend Gutshot, aka Brandon, told me I could alleviate all this boredom by signing up for a Deviant Art account, so here I am. What will you see here? Random odds and ends, at first. I do some cartooning, so you'll see some of that. I also work with DAZ Studio, Bryce, and a few other 3D programs, plus I'm learning Photoshop as fast as I can. Prior to getting Photoshop last year, I worked with Corel Photopaint. I think I'm the only person I know who used Photopaint for so many years as their primary digital art program. Does anybody else even know that program exists?

Anyway, it's early morning here and I've got to get moving. I have a long, boring day ahead of me - work out, clean house, play date for the kids, library visit, short story to write, podcast to produce, dinner to cook. Really, I have waaaaaaay to much time on my hands.
